Customization Data & Accuracy
The frost dates and climate information in your planner are based on the zip code you provide and historical data from sources such as NOAA. Weather is unpredictable; our planner is a guide based on averages, not a guarantee of conditions in any given year.
Shipping & Orders
Custom orders are typically printed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier; we will get you a projected shipping date within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) after you order. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Grow: AI Features
AI features (photo identification, seed-packet scans, Grow 360) come with a monthly fair-use allowance, currently about 500 photo identifications over any 30 days, with Grow 360 counting for more (about two photo identifications each). It may change with notice.
Photo identification and Grow 360 analysis is a suggestion based on what Grow knows about your plant; it isn’t guaranteed, and what you do with it is your call.
